Make sure the battery is fully charged before using it for the first time. Use the provided USB-C cable to charge. White indicator lights will turn on to indicate that the battery is fully charged.

The battery can be recharged through any USB-C port, including those on the snowmobile. However, it is important to note that its use or recharge at temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius should be avoided to preserve its performance.

Even in extreme cold, with an outside temperature reaching -20°C, the battery maintains a temperature of around 25°C due to its proximity to the body, ensuring optimal performance. If you need to store the battery in freezing conditions, such as in a backpack during a cold snap, it is strongly recommended to pre-warm it by placing it in the pocket designed for this purpose, close to your body, before using it to activate the heating function of your jacket. A practical alternative is also to keep spare batteries inside your clothing to keep them warm.

The heating plates are positioned at the front and back of the garment, located at the top, just below the shoulders, and extend to around the armpits.

Our heated jackets stand out for their exceptional performance, outperforming the competition by 2.5 times, and their ultra-fast recharge which is up to 4 times faster.

To optimize the efficiency of your heated jacket, it is recommended to wear it close to the body, over a light base layer. If you are looking for extra warmth, consider layering a warm coat over your heated jacket.

This is actually the temperature at which the tests were carried out to validate the battery life.

Our batteries are eco-responsible, they can easily be recycled by dropping them off at a recycling center.

Plus, stay tuned, as very soon we will launch a store pickup program for even more convenience.

The electrical components of this product are designed to be waterproof, allowing it to be machine-washed, although we recommend gentle handling. Furthermore, it is imperative to remove the battery before each wash.

Electrical elements (charger, battery, heating wires inside clothing and ignition button) are covered by a 2-year warranty, and the battery is designed for a typical lifespan of around 300 cycles.
