HappyFitness Movement that encourages getting active outdoors together

HappyFitness, for a mobile and joyful society

Founded in 2012, the HappyFitness movement aims to bring joy back into movement through training groups, online programs, and even cabin retreats. Primarily focused on women’s health, it encourages everyone who joins to place movement at the heart of their priorities, without performance pressure and without compromising the shared pleasure of being active. Training is seen both as a moment for oneself and as a space for meeting and connecting with others.

HappyFitness is guided by two core values: play and respect. Play serves as a constant reminder to value the process over the outcome, to cultivate a beginner’s mindset, and to stay curious, flexible, and present. Respect, for oneself and for others, acts as an ethical compass and a source of motivation, inviting each person to recognize their own limits and those of others.

A shared love of playing outside

For both HappyFitness and Chlorophylle, nature is first and foremost a playground.

A company born from friendship, one that was playing outside long before it became trendy. I can hardly imagine a better fit with my values and those of my business.” — Chloé Rochette

A workout with HappyFitness is an opportunity to slow down and rediscover a sense of lightness in an often busy daily life. For an hour, you come to recharge, sometimes to push yourself, but above all to move together while cultivating a spirit of community and play.

This spirit of play is at the core of HappyFitness’s DNA. It highlights the importance of the process rather than the outcome, invites an attitude of openness, and encourages a curious, vibrant, and accessible approach to movement.
